Gellum Business Hours for WooCommerce lets you define an operating schedule for each day of the week from a settings page under the WooCommerce menu. Opening and closing times use 15-minute steps in 24-hour format. A day can be marked Open or Closed entirely. Status is evaluated against the WordPress timezone (Settings → General), including overnight shifts such as Monday 22:00 to Tuesday 02:00. When the store is closed, checkout can be disabled so orders cannot be placed, and WooCommerce notices on cart and checkout explain that the store is closed and when it will reopen. The [gellum_business_hours] shortcode can show current status on any page, post, or widget — Open, Closing in XX minutes (when closing is within an hour), or Closed with the next opening time — styled with .gellum-business-hours-open and .gellum-business-hours-closed. The plugin declares WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage compatibility.
